Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via UPS, USPS Ground Shipping and USPS Priority Mail. We are currently offering shipping to domestic orders only.

We are a small business that is constantly experimenting with best practices and methods for our current needs. In order to best manage time and maintain product quality, we ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  Kombucha is a perishable product and we don't want your order left sitting in a post office or on your doorstep over the weekend.  

 

Our kombucha is packaged in an insulated box with ice packs and will remain cool until it arrives. If you have ordered kombucha, please make sure to check the package as soon as it arrives and place in refrigeration.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email at lappitupkombucha@yahoo.com and we will be happy to do what we can to make sure you are satisfied.
