Strawberry Rhubarb Kombucha Cocktail

It's summertime! To me that means pool parties, sunburns, catching fireflies with the littles and walks to the creek. If you're looking for a great way to cool off, a refreshing drink might just be the ticket you need! I have crafted a delicious cocktail for you that is healthier than your average drink because it contains... you guessed it! Kombucha! And not just any kombucha. Our amazing seasonal roasted strawberry rhubarb kombucha makes for the perfect mixer in your drink. Mix this up at your next poolside party and pretend you're on the beach sipping out of a coconut shell. Or, you could just get a coconut shell and do it for reals. Your drink. Your choice.

Strawberry Rhubarb Kombucha Cocktail

8 oz of roasted strawberry rhubarb kombucha (find this flavor right now at any farmers market we vend at)

juice of 1/2 lime

1 tsp coconut sugar + extra for dusting the rim

1 tsp himalayan pink salt

1 cup of ice

stevia or maple syrup to taste

2 oz vodka

Place the kombucha, lime juice, 1 tsp of coconut sugar and a pinch of salt, ice and vodka in a blender. Wet the rim of your glass with the other half a lime and dip it in coconut sugar/ salt mixture ( 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp salt). Blend everything together that you've placed in the blender until the ice is completely blended. Pour into your glass and add a slice of lime. Enjoy your glass of refreshment!
